AV Landscaping is a family-run landscaping company based in the Houston area. We built the business on a simple idea: do the work the way you’d want it done at your own house, show up when you said you would, and leave every property better than you found it.

That idea became our tagline, Quality Work. Reliable Service. Beautiful Results., and it’s printed on everything we do because it’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every job, from a weekly mow to a full landscape installation.

We keep things hands-on. The people who walk your property for the estimate are the people who do the work, so nothing gets lost between the promise and the result. There is no sales department here quoting jobs a subcontractor will show up to do differently.

Working the same neighborhoods week after week is what makes the difference in this trade. We know that lawns in Spring live under mature oak canopy, that Cypress yards are fighting compacted builder soil, that Magnolia’s sandy ground lets fertilizer leach straight through, and that Tomball properties need equipment sized for an acre. That is not something you learn from a manual.

We are also straight with people about what a property actually needs. If a tree can be saved with trimming instead of removal, we say so. If grass will never hold in deep shade, we recommend a bed instead of selling you sod every spring. Telling a customer they need less than they expected is how you keep them for years.
